My view of the world is, I think, somewhat unusual. For instance, I believe I am a citizen of the world, and I see all people as one human race. When I was in the Navy, I traveled both sides of the Pacific, and never met a person that caused me to change my mind.
I hope to find a friend/companion that likes the same things I do (books, movies, outdoors. learning, etc.) A deeper relationship may come out of it and be welcome, but one step at a time. I believe in honesty and forthrightness, and new experiences. I am caring, open-minded and empathetic.
